About the Owners:
After David Sadeghi’s children graduated from North Carolina schools he decided to move back to North Carolina where he has always loved and hoped to live permanently.  He has always looked to develop a bistro style dining experience where it will be more desirable to the mass population and allows a chef driven concept where food will take center stage and will continue to evolve as bistro dining should, based on ingredients available. Clearly, we will have staple items from our prime steaks, quality fresh seafood and small plates such as flatbreads, lobster mac n cheese and feta, olives, and hummus platter.

When David was recommended to look at the space available on Fayetteville Street, the person who could actually help close the deal with the location was a good friend, Adalius (A.D.) Thomas. A.D. has always loved food. He has been creative in making marinade, sauces and other culinary staples. David and A.D.’s relationship began when A.D. was a rookie at the Baltimore Ravens. They have built a mutual respect for one another’s career and have always shown the same interest in hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Bolt will be owned by Adalius Thomas and operated by David Sadeghi.

With the combination of A.D.’s love to be hands on with day to day operations, culinary details and guests satisfaction and David’s passion for good food, service and guest experience they hope to deliver an experience that will have you join us often.

At Bolt we offer the only heated outdoor dining on Fayetteville Street.
